A privately-held enterprise, SellSmart Real Estate was founded in
2001, and upon approval of the trademark in 2002 began opening additional
offices throughout California. Due to the success of their licensed
offices, SellSmart has since rolled out a national franchise program.
Today, there are approximately 50 offices operating in three states.
